I've partnered with smart, positive, collaborative and mission oriented colleagues. The missions benefits society across diverse domains (ex. national security, to enviornmental sustainability, to chem bio to driverless cars). Mission is important to me. We can do diverse projects, and learn & grow

Our team is mission driven, collaborative (vs. competitive), have a fun "energy", and we're always learning.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we do supports critical missions across a broad array of industry domains and clients. Terrific and smart people at all levels. We are an ethical organization!!! We love to try new things.

My direct peers are collaborative, positive, good at their jobs, and take initiaitive My matrixed colleagues in other business areas are extremely smart, highly motivated, collaborative, fair, engaged, and very good in their jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are inclusive of colleagues at all levels, including junior levels, in information across initiatives and input into goal setting. They're very "people" focused, recognizing the importance of growth and learning. They set a "mission focus" tone of internal collaboration and external integrity.

Our leadership is (1) very transparent with information about direction, (2) they are inclusive in strategy development, (3) they value both the employees both professionally and personally, and (4) they focus the organization on the Missions we do to benefit our clients, and the public good.

-The mission focus on goals bigger than oneself for society and the organization -The people I get to work with. From a mission standpoint, they're smart, goal oriented, and have follow through to get things done. Also, interpersonally, they're funny, caring, honest, and enjoy the teams.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Openness about the mission, company, team and work, and potential growth opportunity. This info allowed me to assess whether this was the organization I wanted to join. I had other job opportunities with other companies, but this was the organization I would be proud to be a part of careerwise.
