I feel the career band aspect (for me) is a little awkward. I have 6 years of government contractor experience with an MBA and do not understand how I am at the level of recent college grads with no experience.

I do not feel undervalued, I simply realize that I am compensated on the lower side of the range for my position.

Undervalued because I have been overlooked for opportunities to serve in leadership opportunities. My annual increases have barely met the standard 3%. Compared to similar positions, years of experience, background and education, I'm underpaid. Increase my compensation based upon new pay structure.
