Everyone is helpful and mild mannered. My director is a good guy who gives me meaningful feedback. My managers have been great. My only complaint is how long my first promotion took. For weird circumstances I was passed from people manger to people manager, which prolonged my first promotion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pace is steady and people are always willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are transparent and collaborate on everything. Our meetings are concise and efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us well informed on the company and its direction. This was important during the pandemic.
What makes you most happy at work?
My ability to make it flexible, especially from home. I can prioritize my life and work at a good pace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the career band aspect (for me) is a little awkward. I have 6 years of government contractor experience with an MBA and do not understand how I am at the level of recent college grads with no experience.
