I enjoy working for Noblis and think it's a great company. I continue to feel there is limited 'connective tissue' between the various Noblis mission areas. That, and the nature of the contract structure with clients limits the mobility of employees to new job areas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is naturally the best part...have to have that for the rest to matter. However, the excellent company matching for retirement plan is another great feature.
