The background and diversity and what each member contributes to the team. The willingness to always jump in and help others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought in a lower career band level with the promise of easier growth opportunity but haven't seen that opportunity. More opportunity for financial incentives and recognition throughout the year.
