Challengin work, extraordinary peers, and resources/need to do impactful work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A feeling of quality and standard setting. Knowing that we are thought leaders and trendsetters who are investing our time and energy to support a mission that benefits our country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a super transparent and proactive executive team. They're far more inclusive than other corporate environments I have been involved with. I've been proud to see their response to DEI and COVID-19 being a very human response and they've included us all along every step of decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative, way smarter than me, and very driven. They are a top-tier team without and I know that I can trust them when I need anything. As a group, we've fought hard to remain connected and capable during the pandemic and it has brought us closer together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We top out our 401 match at 9%! Which I love. Plus $10k per year for education and a budget for personal development. Our healthcare plan has a deductible, but they give us a HSA amount that covers it. I have yet to find anything comparable. Even a fed job I considered didn't match up.
