My experience of Noblis is overall good and have referred multiple people to join. I believe improvements can be focused towards Career Band determination, pace of career advancement, growing and retaining internal talent, reinventing the current semi-subjective process around performance evaluation

Utilizing my personal and professional relationships with government clients to listen and understand pain points and gaps that they experience, so I can propose and executive client focused solutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No one hides from work and team is always willing to assist with ad-hoc client requests. Formal and informal communication is great and overall displays excellent attitude day in and day out. I believe everyone strives to demonstrate servant leadership principles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Career Band placement compared to simular experienced peers hired around the same time for the same client and the pace one can move up in steps regardless of accomplishments and performance.
