I think I'd like it alot better if we worked shorter days as an older employee 12hour shifts are rough on the body and mind I'd be alot more excited about coming to work for 8 hour shift as lol to 12 hours

There is alot of language boundaries can't communicate clearly. Not everyone speaks fluent English
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
English lessons for diverse employees to communicate with other employees clearly. Being treated like a valued employee by management create good morale giving credit where it's due
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees of other companies make the same or more per hour as employees at our factory for working at picking/shipping facilities with me less labor or skill. People are being hired at McDonald's for the same start pay as we receive
