I currently work in Duro Bag since Oct 20, 2014. And my current status is DACA and Employment Authorization. I was told that when I get my DACA approved Ill have my Job back and they would respect my seniority, vacations and everything. Which my shift wasn't respect.

They need a lot of training

Knowledge about paper bags manufacturing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Really unorganized and dirty plant.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Peoples mentality. They dont want to train, thinking that they are getting fired.
