Nothing is going wrong.. everthing is improving day by day.. but needs to chnage the working environment.. as I previously mentioned that while working in office.. I didnt get positive vibe..
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In one word.. "Superb".. I must say that as an Techops enginner.. I would like to thanks to our leadesrhip team.. specially thanks to my manager "Deepak Rohilla" .. who always listen, care, and motivates our team to grow in our carrier..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not as such good about compensation.. but ocrolus must give some compensation to employees to maintain their health i.e gym reimbursement .. As a part of non-corporate.. I work for 9 hours.. So I think there must be gym membership compensation in my package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
working environment is good.. but due to building infrastructure .. all working mood will get ruined.. once you enter in OG building.. Frankly speaking there is no proper arrangements for canteen,lockers etc.. I didn't get any positive vibe when I'm working from office..
