Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to have regular comp reviews as part of performance reviews. There is no official forum to discuss comp, making it difficult to raise concerns or ask questions. Moreover, as a Series C company that's vested in keeping talent, it's time to start doing even a modest a 401k match.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They're great about diversity and celebrating everyones holidays, not just the US. They do weekly challenges to bring remote and glibal emoloyees together. They treat everyone like adults and like people, not just a number. Its a very happy place to work.
