Wonderful, caring, motivated, diverse, low-ego people. Excellent company activities and happy hours. I genuinely love hanging out with these people.

Smart, hard-working, fun, motivated, & down-to-earth people. Everyone wants to work hard and see the company succeed. Pretty much everyone believes in being a good person and respecting colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to have regular comp reviews as part of performance reviews. There is no official forum to discuss comp, making it difficult to raise concerns or ask questions. Moreover, as a Series C company that's vested in keeping talent, it's time to start doing even a modest a 401k match.
