Less compensation compared to amount of workload in India and difficulties that I have to undergo to manage timezone differences with US and team members in India

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Please do not hire people in middle management (between Director level and CXO) who have fixed mindset, are not open to learn anything new and are just process and framework oriented and cannot lead by example.

Company is too much focused on update/review meetings & structure of meetings, trying to push a common format on everyone like people in an assembly line performing their role. This kind of processes does not provide me flexibility & time to think creatively and do something better than expectations

What did you like most about the interview process?
Company analyse the candidate from every perspective in order to understand their skill sets and what he/she is going to bring on the table. There are around 5-6 interview rounds and all are well scheduled on time.

HR team doing their best and trying to keep people engaged through events, outings, challenges etc. But work wise it feels that people are force fitting their thoughts on what you need to do & by when; which is killing my own thought process and creativity and I am not able to add value to company
