Pretty good. It's interesting watching the business/management navigate our tech company through startup series' and the engineering teams try and scale. Really feels like we are all learning together and that's kind of nice.

Positivity. They are eager and want to seize the market opportunities in front of them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is the best part. However given the bonus and the equity the salary should be higher
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to go heads down on engineering work. Collaborating with team mates to solve technical problems or discuss technical details for documentation/design purposes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Definitely just my teammates as people, generally speaking. They are great people and we love working together. We are all really comfortable speaking with each other and workshopping problems.
