Ive been bullied and im trying to reach someone to report this issue and I've had no luck at all with trying to reach anyone because the center director wont give me any information

We communicate well and understand each other even when MANAGEMENT are being bullies
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Having better management team who actually knows what thier doing and do the right thing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management is the only thing because they set the tone and they allow workers to talk to donors anyway and allow fights and never do anything about it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop the bullying they run their business on how they personally feel about people the manger is barley their she has personal relationships with other co workers so she makes exceptions for them and treats everyone else HORRIBLE and her attitude is very bad and hostile
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me feel better if they stop going in and changing the times we worked so that we won't hit over time we need our money and it nots fair we work that hard just for them to play around with our checks but changing the times
