Leadership structure is based on a hostility based environment and deceit along with setups.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They employ any and everyone and mask it otherwise therefore what you pay for is what you get in quality of employees

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership, Top management has a discriminatory structure and they will stick together regardless of lies being told which is proven from investigation. Human Resources acts like they care but don't and preys upon employees in an effort to use information against them. The bully structure is present

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is my belief that Octapharma Plasma discriminates against employees especially if you are willing to speak up for the truth. They are bullies and worked together to conduct personal witch hunts against me which were masked as professional. Honest people don't belong here. The executive team lies.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interview process left out the truth about the company and the position. Made you believe your experience was needed and would allow you to use your expertise to run company however not the case. Hands were tied and lies were told to get employees who had integrity out and discredited them
