The openness. The flat hierarchy allows any one to approach anyone - you can go walk up to the CEO/CTO anytime for a professional talk or a cup of coffee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent when it comes to decisions and changes, and is willing to take risks to benefit the organization. They empathize with the employees, and make human-like decisions when it comes to the safe keeping and well being of the employees.
