The passion and resilience by my team to get through a mountain of work and strive for better at Organon is the best thing about my team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
While there is a mission and vision for the company, there should also be clear line of site to this for the activities we are performing. Bringing calm to the chaos is much needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The people I work with are stressed and I don't think that helps to bring your best self to work. There is also a bit of individualism for career wins, and it would be better if there was more collectivism.
