I have a great time at work especially in my current position. However as an individual I want an improvement in my career and compensation. I wish that my company can create opportunity where I can get promotion to higher level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got transportation allowance and also the accommodation which really help me in reaching the office which distance about 57.4 km from my home town.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having face to face interaction with my colleague after a quite long work from home period due to pandemic. It gives balance with the virtual interaction we usually have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The well being of their direct reports especially on meetings when the meeting time happen late in our local time zone and their attention of our health during pandemic situation
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consist of diverse individuals which has different family background and culture including quite numerous age gap but we manage to work and collaborate also learning from each other for our daily work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the company value of "Bring Your Fire" where we need to bring our passion at work. For me personally, it means challenge myself everyday to give the best out of me for my work and hopefully will inspire others.
