The company has a great mission and I support the values but that does not translate into the workplace. Lots of 7, 8 am meetings which conflict with working parents ability to work and take care of kids. We don't have enough staff to do all the work and I work long days and weekends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay scale is on the lower end given the enormous workload, the company benefits are standard but there is no deferred compensation plan, company devices like ipads are seemingly not available, or reimbursement for home internet and other home office needs.
