What makes you most happy at work?
I am learning and my Manager has empowered me enough to make decisions and move with new things for me and the area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came form Merck in the same conditions I had before, but my scope is different and in theses months it has growth, I would like to my Manager to review my conditions, more when I am the only one of the area in the region.
