our collaborative consistency and respect for one another. many of us have worked together for 12 plus years and it shows!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the women's health focus. as a women's health nurse practitioner with 23 years in women's healthcare i love the "why" behind all Organon does
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i have been pleased with the work life balance and value on women's health and family. i am eagerly awaiting the uncertain changes re: my own position, team and eagerly anticipate await hearing more from my leaders re: the future and adjustments/changes and opportunities for myself and team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like who they are in sharings and when in front of us. i am impressed by the leadership's accomplishment and who they are. i do aspire to feel heard and have one on ones with leadership above my own manager and hope the time comes to discuss company's plans for myself and team.
