Being able to believe in what we do and why we do it. Bringing health solutions to those that need it the most
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not fair and they are not market related. The company perks are not on par when compared to other companies. Lots of admin to claim for mobile phone calls instead of giving it as a set perk monthly. Lack of maintenance costs on vehicles that are owned.
