I am challenged, get a lot of autonomy and trust, I find this fulfilling. And I feel I am compensated fairly. Overall, the company acts with integrity, and this matches with the value that I find most important. Community is hard to achieve in Covid times. And still, it is happening of sorts

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though there are piles of work to do, always, there is also a focus on taking care of yourself. It is considered ok to take a walk, to get a break. I've worked at a company that saw that different, where every minute needed to be accounted for. I feel like a person instead of a number
