I am very proud to work at ORGANON, but I feel I need to have a lot of work load, especially becuase we need to assume some functions from other areas in the past, and also to wait or presure to have responses from other areas that do no have the enough resorces, so you are late in some of mine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The consistency in our values at al levels, promoting a good work enviroment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really building a confidence culture and working as a Team, not as silos
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To review some areas, becuase i think they do not have enough resources, and have a lot workload, more than we can execute in a eficiently manner in a normal working hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a more worklife balance, we feel there are not enough people in some support areas, and in addition we percibe additional HC is plannig for 22, unless we do not have the enough now.
