Learned a lot in the beginning. The goal was clear, but with time it's not always so clear anymore. Too many projects at one time and it's not always clear what to focus on.

Collaboration, a workload which is possible to handle with a work-life balance.

Transparent, available, involve the founders. I am looking forward to seeing more of the celebrations and the plans 2022
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other Companies I know my role is paid more -Even people with less experience than me are paid more.
