What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Osmosis has built a culture around our core values. Everyone at the company believes and lives by these values personally and professionally. We even take the time on Fridays to give shout-outs to employees that have demonstrated those values throughout the week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Osmosis has an incredible leadership team. They make us feel a part of all of the decisions made regarding company direction, sharing results, etc. Our CEO, Shiv, takes the time to give us detailed quarterly updates and regularly participates in company-wide "ask me anythings (AMAs)".
What are some of the best things about your team?
The entire Osmosis team is fantastic, which is a testament to the value-driven culture created by the leadership team and its employees. A significant aspect of employee hiring revolves around ensuring that our employees have these core Osmosis values. Overall, everyone is cared for and respected.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work with a team that is professionally fantastic at what they do, and are genuinely great people. This is because Osmosis hires the most talented people that very importantly fit our values. This makes work enjoyable, and I strongly believe in this company's mission and trajectory!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Osmosis makes sure they compensate their employees fairly. When I was concerned about my initial offered salary, Shiv took the time to negotiate with me and said how happy he was that I brought up these concerns. You can tell that they care and value their employees and do everything they can.
