Seeing the progress thats been made collectively. The product gets better with each deployment.

The pace and quality of the work done in my team is truly impressive and motivates me to achieve the same level productivity

The awesome culture and friendly team mates. Everyone is really great at what they do but also flexible and understanding when issues arise
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a great attitude, which makes stressful periods so much easier. We can learn and sometimes laugh at our mistakes. There is a strong culture of self-betterment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team leads by example, with clear and well-defined objectives and strategies. They care for whats best not only for the company but also for their team mates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewees were very knowledgeable in the area I was being interviewed for. They were also conscious of my time and paid me for time worked on trial projects
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The compensation strategy is quite opaque and it seems as though it is based on location, resulting in employees from 3rd world countries getting paid drastically less than those is 1st world ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I have taken on more responsibility than my role initially specified, which I dont mind. However, I do believe this should eventually result in a salary adjustment.
