The leadership team makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. Everyone has a seat at the table and I not only feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback but empowered to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is genuinely kind and interested in learning about each other. A lot of thought and effort has gone into cultivating a culture that is inclusive, even though the company is completely distributed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remotely with a flexible schedule is a huge perk. Access to a health coach, encouragement to always continue learning (webinars, conferences, books, podcasts, etc), and an extremely thoughtful group of people who look out for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to connect and chat with people. It's encouraged to spend time getting to know each other and helping each other grow in all aspects of our lives. It's incredibly easy to be yourself in this environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, comparing, and passionate about the mission. I've never met a group of people who believe in what they're doing so much. The bottom line is genuinely rooted in making the world a kinder and more caring place. It's a collaborative environment that encourages professional and personal growth.
