I like that our local leadership includes everyone in the plant and gives recognition where it is due, but there needs to be better decisions made about maintenance on equipment. We can not make money with equipment that is constantly broken.#thermafiber
The company as a whole is great but the leadership at our facility has a short term goal on his mind at all times. He needs to look long term and fix the issues we are having on a day to day braises.
We have good team members. Not all of them are great, there are a few people on each shift of opps that tend to carry the shift day in and day out. When it comes down to it though we are really short handed and trying to make due with what we have
