It's a nightmare where it's associates vs managers instead of a team. Some managers fight for employees but mostly you'll see managers that fight with employees. The company preaches safety and then makes budget cuts saying that we can't afford to be safe. I don't see them having apositive futur

What are some of the best things about your team?
The production force is actually very smart and they have good ideas. I listen to them and make the differences I can for them but not their actual higher ups.
