I love coming in and learning new things. I have been training on several different position to give me a well-rounded education and plethora of knowledge
The breaks are nice. The work can be extremely hard on the body, but the semi-frequent breaks balance things out just enough that you don't feel absolutely overworked.
Doing my job the right way correctly accomplish goals learning more about the job
Lunch, payday because interact with all employees at that time
Letting me do my job, not 26 hours of meetings a week

Of course, the pay, but meeting new people, working with my team, and providing for the customers makes my job worth while.

everything can be improved if you talk to all the associates not just certain ones that the supervisors pick that wont complain
