They work together and very helpful

I enjoy watching the associates work together

The production force is actually very smart and they have good ideas. I listen to them and make the differences I can for them but not their actual higher ups.

They work closely with one another and willing to help out.

Workers are Perdue are usually very down-to-Earth people just working alongside you and trying to keep things moving.

Just my co workers I work with we go through the mud everyday and b shift needs a break 6 days a week no rotation but a shift rotates hmm..fishy

Everyone has a great teamwork mentality

They all know senior management are fossils and they work hard to over compensate for managements short comings.

Being better at organizing and planning

Several managers in tbe perry plant are extremely toxic to include sexual relationships in the plant, poor judgement, poor results, however they are part of a good ol boy system that controls the plant in general

Truthfulness, profesionalism, accountabikty and equality

Get better trained and keep up pace not forcing others to pick up the slack

Meetings where the supervisor management not the only ones talking that don't care how employees feel everyone has opinions and should feel comfortable expressing there at this job people won't say anything scared to speak up

He does wathe job just want to prove a point

The co worker are young and lazy.will not do their job. Than the leader will put their work on you.and you got to do their work.that is everyday.

Actually do the work instead of wasting time

There are two co-workers in my office that try really hard to be boss, and they only interact with each other. It would help if they had more team work.
