What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My interaction with suoervisors and production associates. I trynhard tonwork for them since i am HR and they appreciate my efforts

we are a very diverse group
There isn't much time to talk while working unless you're close by to someone on your line or doing your similar kind of work. However, you are likely to find some good acquaintances and even friends at Perdue.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and shipping pay and hours
The HR manager and several of the long term managers. They arbitrarily change the way policy is applied to fit the need or their feeling at the time
Respect that's it when you respect people that come to work and do they job you won't have problems simple
Caring management team that helps solve problems not create them...
Improve work ethics and communication from management. Adequate notification when expecting staff to work overtime
New CEO and senior management staff.
They need to pay attention to who they hire. Train people better
