There isn't much time to talk while working unless you're close by to someone on your line or doing your similar kind of work. However, you are likely to find some good acquaintances and even friends at Perdue.

The HR manager and several of the long term managers. They arbitrarily change the way policy is applied to fit the need or their feeling at the time

Improve work ethics and communication from management. Adequate notification when expecting staff to work overtime
