Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being forced to clock out twice a shift. Having to work off the clock to keep below hours so hiring up can have better bounce for keeping hours labor hour's low

Pay, LTOs do alot of work but dont get paid enough for the amount of product we push

Ive worked numerous "extra shifts" sinply because of the ego trip of the manager i report to

Everyone treated equal and the pay isn't all that great even mds pays 3 dollars less 3 dollars

to pay a person the right amount for doing double the work and to pay people who have been with the company for a year or more more money then what the new hires will start to make after being with the company for only 60/90 days

We as employees don't have a voice management and supervisors are sleeping with employees. We are rushed to do everything. Under staffed with a lot of management
