Lower level management is a family, upper level management is disconnected and very seldomly praises employee
Good team they help you alot
I think they can do better
Some are ok to work with
Good direction for company's future.
Rewarding their employees and stop warching and help us
Setting ego / pride aside, taking a true interest in the peoole that do the work, disconnect from the toxic long term managers that say all tbe things their boss wants to hear without results
Treat people with respect not like machines
Training people to do the job
Get rid of the directors and managers that are only there because they stayed for years. Grab the reigns and focus on growing your associates, make them smarter. Embrace technology. Stop allowing people to get into positions of power that are afraid of change.
Salary plus commission. 401-k and health insurance.
My hourly rate is fair wage for where i live but my job is a lot. I struggle to finish mynworknweekly because i can not work over 40 hrs even when i need to
Helping getting customers orders out
Great health, dental insurance. Free pair of glasses every year with good coverage for very affordable pricing
Review from Operations Dept
The 401k and the Health Benefits are easily some of the best parts of the job.
Being forced to clock out twice a shift. Having to work off the clock to keep below hours so hiring up can have better bounce for keeping hours labor hour's low
Pay, LTOs do alot of work but dont get paid enough for the amount of product we push
Ive worked numerous "extra shifts" sinply because of the ego trip of the manager i report to

Support, communication, fast responses, team work
They work together and very helpful
I enjoy watching the associates work together
The production force is actually very smart and they have good ideas. I listen to them and make the differences I can for them but not their actual higher ups.
They work closely with one another and willing to help out.
Being better at organizing and planning
Several managers in tbe perry plant are extremely toxic to include sexual relationships in the plant, poor judgement, poor results, however they are part of a good ol boy system that controls the plant in general
Truthfulness, profesionalism, accountabikty and equality
Get better trained and keep up pace not forcing others to pick up the slack
Meetings where the supervisor management not the only ones talking that don't care how employees feel everyone has opinions and should feel comfortable expressing there at this job people won't say anything scared to speak up
My interaction with suoervisors and production associates. I trynhard tonwork for them since i am HR and they appreciate my efforts
I see no positives currently it's pretty horrible
Caring group with reasonable and practical views
Review from Operations Dept
we are a very diverse group
There isn't much time to talk while working unless you're close by to someone on your line or doing your similar kind of work. However, you are likely to find some good acquaintances and even friends at Perdue.
Management and shipping pay and hours
The HR manager and several of the long term managers. They arbitrarily change the way policy is applied to fit the need or their feeling at the time
Respect that's it when you respect people that come to work and do they job you won't have problems simple
Caring management team that helps solve problems not create them...
Improve work ethics and communication from management. Adequate notification when expecting staff to work overtime
The fast process and getting started fast
Explanation of how things work
I could be myself and tell the company what i had to offer
They ramp you into the job
The recruiting team that lied to me, I really liked them. They were good at what they did and I can't be angry with them for the lies
Interviews for management are a nuissance fo tbe interviewer. They generally end with the managers that interviewed talking badly about the interviewee after theyve left the room. Interviews for hourly associates dont exist, they desperately call applicants in, hire them, and have them sign
More details more details more
to treat people as an equal doing the process not as someone who is lower then they are

Better hours from 7 to 3. So you would have time with family.
everything can be improved if you talk to all the associates not just certain ones that the supervisors pick that wont complain
Review from Product Dept
New leadership team, May need to sell the company to get new blood, fresh ideas and break away from the Good Old Boy way of management.
The people I work with
Chances to move up to make more money
Working conditions could really improve
Line leads should receive more pay or salary pay
