The leaders are great people. They can be a bit harsh, but they are usually very understanding if you seem to have a health problem or if something seems off about your work performance.

Some of them actually care about what other's have to say and try to fix issues.

I like how the leadership team always considers the people who work under them as equal to them. The leadership team I am around always considers everyone's feelings in any situation and always try to be fair.

Setting ego / pride aside, taking a true interest in the peoole that do the work, disconnect from the toxic long term managers that say all tbe things their boss wants to hear without results

Get rid of the directors and managers that are only there because they stayed for years. Grab the reigns and focus on growing your associates, make them smarter. Embrace technology. Stop allowing people to get into positions of power that are afraid of change.

Literally everything possible, they dont communicate

Actually be active leaders and look out for workers safety. Keep equipment in good condition, dont allow for work to be completed when you have to turn around and redo it. Costs the company lots of money and lost resources.

They need a new team

Senior management that call the plays all have over 40 plus years with the company. None of them have any experience outside of Perdue and you feel it the second you engage in conversation with them.

They only care about production. Which taste appearance or quality isn't listed. Treat workers like nothing look at the turn over rate. If u try to speak up on something HR flip everything you say around to make it seem like you are the problem. The reason for all the recalls no one cares.
