The leaders are great people. They can be a bit harsh, but they are usually very understanding if you seem to have a health problem or if something seems off about your work performance.

Actually be active leaders and look out for workers safety. Keep equipment in good condition, dont allow for work to be completed when you have to turn around and redo it. Costs the company lots of money and lost resources.

Senior management that call the plays all have over 40 plus years with the company. None of them have any experience outside of Perdue and you feel it the second you engage in conversation with them.

They only care about production. Which taste appearance or quality isn't listed. Treat workers like nothing look at the turn over rate. If u try to speak up on something HR flip everything you say around to make it seem like you are the problem. The reason for all the recalls no one cares.
