By far the worst company to work for, pay attention to how your general managers run the store some of them dont know what they are doing and a lot of favortism goes on in these restyrants.

leading in general and learning how to work together. Another big one is learn how to treat peopel it will ho a long way and you will actuakly keep people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i have bent over backwards for this company and havnt gotten anyrhing in return. I came down with covid, no sick pay even though i was told as a manager i was earning sick pay.
