I was a manager for almost a year and never received my raise & never got the pay I was supposed to. I contacted the gm, the district manager, and corporate hr and still never got paid. I was told by the gm & the dm that "everyone is having this problem" some of my coworkers weren't paid at all

Hire more employees fast they are needed desperately

Fire almost everyone and start with a new crew

Nothing most of my coworkers are lazy and never helped when it was needed

I want my manager pay from the time I became a manager and I want interest on top of it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees properly and I fell and had to go get a Dr's release to return to work and they wouldn't sign my papers for workman's comp
