Management doesn't care, so employees don't care. Restaurant is a mess in the back. If health inspection were to stop by, all kinds of health violations would be noted. I could only work there 2 days, I drew the line after that. It's a stressful and irritable environment. No one cares.

Listening, cleanliness, speed. Actually care about the place you work for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Show that you care. It doesn't hurt. All I see is stress, messes, and carelessness.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Pay attention to your schedule. I waited 30-1 hr to be interviewed while the manager was in the kitchen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. They let things slide with employees. Be firm, consistent, and better their work ethic. It's a hot mess right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The environment is mentally draining. I stopped working there, and now I'm having issues with my pay. My hours were never submitted correctly. Now i have to wait another week unil I see the rest of my money.
