I have no problem with the coworkers it's the way that I was laid off on Thursday so that I can try and some Mexicans to send them elsewhere
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To sit down and have a proper interview with the employee and for them to train the employee instead of just filling out an application and sent a number on the floor to work
