Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Product. I cannot adequately express my disappointment with my last two orders (and I do mean last!) A chicken wing should mean just that; not one-third of a wing, and the pieces were so tiny and overcooked to the point of being dry. Part of my order was missing (it was a delivery order).
