My coworkers just need to focus on the job more be staying focused and taking it seriously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The reason why I wanted the job to make good food and great customer service too bad it's just not the same way fir myself anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at a lot of things such as managing the workplace responsibly by caring for customers and employees equally. No playing loud music and listening to the crew members. Managers having a negative pessimistic attitude. Finally giving me bad hours always.
