The person they have as the service manager is very rude, she has favorites in the store, she be messy with just 2 of us and the rest of the staff can basically do what they want to. I've been trying to get the number for someone who's even over the district manager. We've been discriminated against
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager pick and chooses who she's going to hire. I've seen a lot of people come in looking for a job or even an interview and she turns them around or tell them she's gonna call them back and doesn't. Information still sitting on the desk. She's running the store in the ground literally.
