Promises broken to employees. Hard work goes unoticed. You gonthe extra mile, work long hours, do your best and they make promises, get your hopes up and then change their mind, unexpectedly! Horrible company to work for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to keep promises and be fair. They shouldn't make promises, get your hopes up, and then tell you, "To bad, we changed our mind and you can leave if you don't like it." Very mean and ugly.
