They're all hard workers and great at their job the general manager though doesn't know what she's doing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You need a new general manager your assistant manager there is great but your general manager has no clue what she's doing and hasn't taught her assistant managers how to do their job correctly not no fault of their own
