My team is great. My Hotel Manager is excellent, Duty Hotel Manager sometime better sometime worse but I like her. I like the fact that I can meet other people.I don't like the fact that I am being paid less than house keepers are getting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just 20 pence more to be paid as house keepers are getting ( I am a receptionist) Extra money for becoming an expert.
