What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is perfect. I love the leadership team at my site as they strive for making customers happy. They also care for the team, making sure team retention is the best it can be.

The best leadership team I had ever.I feel that my manager cares for me and she always supports me.She is always happy to show me new ways of workings and always helping everyone.

rotating rotas and being compassionate towards staff
Not being absolute microwaved sausage rolls
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible and lots of overtime
Company has extra winter payment for all hourly paid team members,and pay for progress
staff discounts on hotel and restaurants
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay rise, more staff on shift
Just 20 pence more to be paid as house keepers are getting ( I am a receptionist) Extra money for becoming an expert.
I need more money for the labour of the job
Better pay, leadership and work life balance

We all know what we are doing, if we need support in the workplace, we can speak to management and each other and help each other to get the job done.
We are all overworked but get on

getting picked for thev job
Meeting at the restaurant, private area.
There was nothing I enjoyed it was just average

Just talking to the people to find out their values and what they could add to our team

Making others including my customers smile!

When i come in and everyone is happy and smiling and when everyone pulls together on the particularly busy days.
