We are close knit and love to interact with one another. That's why we enjoy Exchange so much, we are there, in person, having fun, catching up after working with them for years, remotely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other Senior Engineers in the field, they earn a higher salary. Even talking to ex-employees, I find that they were making more than I currently am, despite being on the most utilized and efficient in my region.
