My leadership team is very supportive, transparent, and they do not micromanage me.

The leadership really cares about the wellbeing of their employees. It's evident through the open lines of communication and transparency. In a pretty virtual workplace, they find ways for employees to have fun and experience the company culture.

The flex paid time off is the biggest perk - especially since the company actually encourages using it

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are a team. Everyone helps each other out to make sure that job gets done and everyone is successful. We are do not mind backing each other up when someone is out.

My team really exudes teamwork. Everyone looks out for each other, and we have constant efficient communication which leads to transparency and everyone being on the same page

We meet every Tuesday on a bi-weekly basis for one hour. Not a second is wasted in this meeting, and it's very productive. Overcommunicating is encouraged and everyone is, for the most part, always on the same page.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is what you make it, and it's very flexible. If you're a heads down workaholic, then you'll get that luxary. If you like to intereact with your teammates throughout the day and bounce ideas off of the people around you, that will be encouraged as well. Very customizable!

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like most about my interview process was that it moved fast. I had 3 different interviews and they all happened within 1 week. The hiring manager were transparent about the company and the position. What was told to me in the interview process is want I've seen at my time at Presidio.

The full interview process was done quickly within 2 weeks. The recruiter and hiring managers gave an accurate description of the job role. I also appreciated that the interview also gave an insight into the team I would be joining.

It was done in under 2 weeks, and I met all of the key decision makers at times that worked comofrtably with both of our schedules. We utilize video conference as well, to avoid long delays for people having to fly.
